    The Role

We are keen to speak to anyone who wants to embark on a career in Human Resources who is looking for an Industrial Placement or those who have just graduated or wanting to start a career in HR at entry-level (career switch).

We know that it can be difficult to break into an industry or profession, so rather than hiring those with experience (which is the easy option), we are hiring those who are motivated and committed to gain experience for six to twelve months.

You will gain entry level experience in all areas of HR, with the core responsibilities being focused on recruitment coordination, operations, administration. However, there will be ample opportunities to be involved in everything we do and undertake a number of projects, where you can apply your learning, with support.

It is up to you to make the most of this opportunity and you will leave with some great experience, which we hope will assist you in securing a permanent HR role in the future.

We will benefit from your commitment to the profession, your agile and adaptable mindset, your openness, and willingness to learn, your great eye for detail, and your perspective on how we can be better at what we do. Your communication skills, written and verbal will be excellent, and we would like someone to join the team with a passion for working with people and exploring how HR can have a positive impact on business outcomes.

We encourage those who are underrepresented in the HR and Investment Management industry to apply.

Our aim is to also increase socio-economic diversity with this role.

You must have the right to work in the UK for the whole period and there will be an in-depth assessment process for this position.
