The Network Planning Centre (NPC) operates at the heart of Gist’s transport control tower and is responsible for planning products through the Gist network for Marks & Spencer and Ocado. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our planning team here at Gist as an Equipment Administrator.
About the role
As an Equipment Administrator you will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining our Equipment Customer Portal, responding to any queries regarding our equipment movements throughout the UK. Strong communication skills will be vital to ensuring a solid relationship with depots and customers. Working in a fast paced environment, we encourage creativeness and thinking outside the box to ensure that efficient plans are created.

What you’ll be doing
- React to live customer issues, communicating professionally over email and phone to resolve
- Respond to equipment queries from suppliers across the UK, using our Equipment Customer Portal
- Collate and share equipment reporting as required
- Work closely with Planners and Depots to ensure equipment movements are successful
- General administrative tasks relating to equipment movements
