    What to expect

    • For the first 12 months of your scheme, you will be based at our Head Office in Chineham, rotating across all HR disciplines and working alongside our HR Advisors in the Central HR Team.
    • As you progress into your second year, you will have the opportunity to gain 2 months operational experience at one of our South-East sites, working alongside our Management Team.
    • You will then spend the remaining 10 months of your scheme working alongside one of our HR Advisors in Operational HR.
    • During your 2-year scheme, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of Central and Operational HR including; resourcing & retention, succession planning, employee relations and performance management.

    What you need

    • You are studying/have studied an HR-related discipline.
    • As you could be based at any of our South East sites (Chineham, Enfield, Hemel Hempstead and Thatcham), you must be geographically mobile and hold a full UK driving license.
    • You thrive in fast paced and challenging environments, which will see you succeed when pushed out of your comfort zone.
    • You are people focused, confident and career driven.
    • The ability to problem solve and provide recommendations

    Our offer

    • You will receive a starting salary of £28,000, increasing to £32,000 in your second year.
    • You will have the opportunity to gain a CIPD professional qualification upon successful completion of the scheme
