    During your placements you will be working as part of a global team, giving you the opportunity to experience different cultures and work with a diverse range of people. As part of our Procurement Graduate Programme you can expect the following:

    • Site procurement operations and global community across multiple business lines
    • Involvement in supplier quality, strategic relationships with existing and future Suppliers, procurement expenditure and product related services
    • Category procurement strategy, site procurement, global means and methods
    • Contract management and negotiation
    • Planning, compliance and quality assurance
    • Category buying direct and indirect resource
    • Commodity strategies and project Management
    • Procurement work transfers, major aircraft modifications and new product introductions

    What We're Looking For

    • A degree in business management
    • An awareness of the Aerospace industry
    • Negotiation and contract experience desirable, although not essential
    • Manufacturing engineering/production experience desirable, although not essential
    • Problem solving qualification/experience and continuous improvement desirable, although not essential
    • Understanding of a commercial business environment desirable, although not essential
    • Experience and understanding of the Physical Logistics process desirable, although not essential
    • An awareness of Project / Programme Management methods desirable, although not essential
    • Experience within Operations desirable, although not essential
    • Ability to build and lead teams desirable, although not essential
    • Program Management Certification desirable, although not essential
