    What You'll Be Doing

    During your placements you will be working as part of a global team, giving you the opportunity to experience different cultures and work with a diverse range of people. As part of our Programme Management Graduate Programme you can expect the following:

    • Support the day to day program operations rotating through multiple manufacturing sites and Business Lines
    • Review and analyze control and monitoring of progress, scope, and cost and resource management within the program.
    • Support the compiling and follow up work breakdown structure, organization breakdown structure, and cost breakdown structure schedules/ plans for the program.
    • Introducing improvements/ recoveries on on-time delivery and quality from Customer Scorecards and delivery schedule adherence
    • Preparing and analyzing the Program Performance Summary
    • Support risk, opportunity and change management
    • Input into Program Improvement Plans including cost improvement, pricing initiatives, enable Zero Defects Manufacturing, redesign initiatives, gaining agreement with relevant stakeholders

    What We Are Looking For

    • Possess the ability to receive and act on instruction, guidance and direction from others.
    • Good communication skills; fluent in English language, both written and spoken
    • Perform well as member of a team.
    • Financial expertise
    • A degree in business management
    • Ability to create, manage and execute a project plan
    • Ability to achieve by influencing others
    • Awareness of the Aerospace industry
    • An awareness of Project / Programme Management methods desirable, although not essential
    • Experience within Operations desirable, although not essential
    • Ability to build and lead teams desirable, although not essential
    • Program Management Certification desirable, although not essential
