Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Project & Communications Graduate. This one-year position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both project management of critical business projects and communications within a vibrant and transformative environment.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the administration and dissemination of site communications across the Filton site, working closely with the Filton Site Transformation Lead to align the site’s cultural initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Monthly Site Communications: Manage and ensure the effective conveyance of monthly site communications, aligning them with our strategic goals.
- Strategic Project Management: Oversee and contribute to strategic projects integral to the company’s strategic agenda.
- Cultural Alignment: Work closely with the Filton Site Transformation Lead to support and align the site’s cultural initiatives.
- Business Management Exposure: Gain significant exposure to day-to-day business management by working directly with the Site Senior Leadership team.
- Real Responsibilities: Take on responsibilities that will shape the future of our site.
How you'll contribute
- Communications Management:
- Assist in the creation, administration, and publication of site communications.
- Manage the monthly site communications, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Develop content that supports the transformation initiatives and engages site employees.
- Project Management:
- Under the guidance of the Filton Site Transformation Lead, manage strategic projects that support the site’s objectives.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders.
- Cultural Alignment:
- Collaborate with the Transformation Lead to implement initiatives that align with the desired cultural makeup of the Filton site.
- Support activities and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and site culture.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Transformation Lead, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Assist in organizing events and workshops related to site communications and transformation projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for site communications-related queries and issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support effective communication and project delivery.
