    Ahead together with tailored training and career development 

    Over two years, our Future Leaders Programme will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You’ll have three varied and stretching rotations working on live projects alongside experts in industry. Your 8-month long rotations will provide you with the opportunity to experience working with different types of technology, across different parts of the GSK Digital & Tech business. In all our roles, you’ll work with a variety of different markets and cultures. 

    What will you do?

    • Undertake a variety of roles focusing on our key skill areas: Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Cyber Security and Generative AI
    • Contribute to maximum strategic and operational value and business impact
    • Accelerate your development through tailored training that is intuitive to you and your needs
    • Develop fresh thinking and innovative new ideas within your team
    • Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Unlock the value of emerging technologies to transform the way GSK interacts with employees, patients, and consumers
    • Continuously improve our systems to support vital business processes
    • Join an international community of like-minded graduates who, alongside their day jobs, help shape and run the Future Leaders Programme, for example, organizing hackathons, running global tech debates with external leading experts, and more
