About the role

The Ware Technical Development Programme (TDP) is a 3½ year graduate scheme targeted at the highest calibre of graduates.  The successful applicants will be based at the Ware Manufacturing Site for the duration of the programme, where they will gain experience across key site work-streams.  This is a fantastic opportunity, which will provide a breadth of knowledge and expertise in a chosen field to enable graduates to develop strong careers within GSK.
