    Gleeds have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Strategic Growth to join our team in London. The role will be assisting Key Account Managers and Sectors leaders in generating insights, building relationships and growing our market share with our most significant UK clients.

    The role

    As a Graduate Strategic Growth you will:

    • Research to support key account managers in their conversations with clients;
    • Co-ordination of knowledge shares with the wider Gleeds business;
    • Support collateral production for key accounts and sectors;
    • Support the development of account and sector plans;
    • Co-ordinate account and sector updates;
    • Author communications to build the internal profile of our accounts and sectors;
    • Produce reports for regional and national leadership team;
    • Support communications department in production of insightful sector based marketing campaigns.
    • Working with Global Key Accounts and Sector teams on global initiatives;

    About You

    Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

    • Develop knowledge and experience in:
      • Account and sector planning including market and competitor analysis;
      • Pursuit strategy to target major pursuits;
      • Pipeline management;
      • Bidding best practice;
      • Thought leadership campaigns;
    • Demonstrate:
      • Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written.
      • Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
      • Good organisation, problem solving and negotiating skills.
      • Sound ICT skills, with a high level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
      • Ability to work as part of a team.
