Gleeds have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Graduate - Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role can be based in our Nottingham or Manchester offices.
The role is responsible for the marketing of Gleeds as an employer to the external employment market and to deliver on external candidate attraction campaigns to support the success of Gleeds through increases levels of recruitment, whilst working closely with the Marketing and Communications team to maintain brand integrity.
What you will do
- Work with the Gleeds Marketing & Communications team to ensure brand integrity is maintained in all external recruitment marketing communication.
- Develop and maintain a global marketing and candidate sourcing strategy however with particular initial focus on the UK markets.
- Develop and execute innovative candidate generation and attraction campaigns using social media and other relevant platforms.
- Propose, track and analyse candidate sourcing spend.
- Monitor the Gleeds’ Glassdoor, LinkedIn Life, careers pages, and other relevant platforms to identify and implement improvements to generate higher levels of engagement resulting in a higher number of applications for roles.
- Conduct insights reports into competitor brands and the effectiveness of active employer brand campaigns.
- Optimise and promote job adverts to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
- Track and analyse campaign performance through metrics and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in recruitment marketing.
- Create professional, in-depth specific project plans and candidate attraction campaigns to improve brand awareness across online and offline channels.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Acquisition Resourcers to ensure effective talent attraction strategies.
- Copywriting, creating visual design concepts and video editing for recruitment marketing campaigns and internal communications in line with the Gleeds brand.
- Implement organic and paid advertising campaigns, with the support of the Marketing & Communications and where necessary, external agencies.
- Analyse source of hire data and provide sourcing channel proposals as a result.
- Stay abreast of employment branding and recruitment marketing trends.

About you
Experience, knowledge and key skills
As a Marketing Graduate - Recruitment, you will develop knowledge and experience in the following:
- A true passion for recruitment marketing with experience managing recruitment advertising, PPC campaigns and employer branding.
- Experience in recruitment marketing and/or recruitment advertising, either within a recruitment function or a marketing agency.
- Understanding and experience working with email marketing tools for recruitment attraction.
- Sound, demonstrable experience in copywriting in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Working knowledge of content management systems for website development.
- Skills in design, and proven experience adhering to brand guidelines.
- Proven experience in strong stakeholder engagement and having full responsibility for driving recruitment marketing strategy
- Experience in paid advertising on platforms such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
