GLL is looking for a dedicated Partnership Marketing Activator to support a number of world-class venues within Crystal Palace, Lee Valley Regional Park and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
The role
Operated by GLL and forming a major part of the UK’s Olympic and Paralympic legacy, these venues are high profile and have a flexible and diverse usage.
As an industry leader, this is an exciting time to join GLL, you’ll play a key role in our Partnerships Marketing function within the National Marketing Department. Our partnerships marketing function is an integral part of the business, working in partnership with our local authorities, partners and internal key stakeholders to plan and execute B2C marketing activities to drive partner and business objectives.
This is a hands-on role, with the opportunity to work autonomously and as part of the wider team. As a Partnership Marketing Activator you will play a fundamental role in co-ordinating, implementing and optimising marketing campaigns through various channels, including in-centre point of sale collateral, social media and website content to enhance engagement with key audiences. Reporting to the Partnership Marketing Manager, this role is essential in ensuring that all marketing, content, messaging and collateral represent the iconic venues in the most effective way possible.

This role is based at the iconic Copper Box Arena.

What you’ll do
- Support a portfolio of multiple partnerships, with a focus maintaining stakeholder relationships and driving success through proactive communication
- Contribute to the development and implementation of partnership marketing and communications activity in line with key brand, awareness, acquisition and retention marketing objectives
- Support marketing activity in strong collaboration with partnership teams, client partners and other GLL marketing functions, including content, PR and wider marketing departments
- Supporting client partner stakeholders and GLL partnership teams in driving the local voice to influence the execution of communications and campaigns.
- Developing a communicative and collaborative working relationship with key stakeholders
