Overview of job
The role of a Commercial Insight Executive is to provide insight support and expertise to the Commercial teams. This involves working closely with an agency team to provide insight for client pitches, running campaign effectiveness research and developing compelling sales arguments. The focus is to use insight to help drive client/agency spend across Global the portfolio.

In the first few months, you would have
- Understand the Global portfolio
- Develop knowledge of all proprietary research systems
- Develop skills in running research on work.shop.play. Toluna system
- Build working relationships with the Insight and Agencies teams
Responsibilities of the role
- Providing a specific Agency Team insight support, by providing relevant information from across our research/insight resources and by performing the more complex analysis on the industry databases when required
- With support of CI manager, conducting the campaign effectiveness research for client’s campaigns, using both internal and external resources, and ensuring results are fed back to clients in a professional and positive manner
- With support of the CI manager, running audience, category & client specific research on the work.shop.play panel – from identifying relevant topics, writing questionnaire through to analysing the data, creation of sales stories & also promoting findings back to the business
- Writing insight presentations, case study one-pagers etc from work.shop.play & industry data (panel, Rajar, proprietary data sources etc) for use by the Commercial teams, ensuring that results/information are delivered in a professional and creative format that brings the findings to life
- Helping develop, populate and maintain the Commercial Marketing Hub with case studies, audience and product information and help promote our work to relevant teams around the business
- Keeping up to date on industry and societal trends, stories and events in the marketplace and disseminate these to the Insight and Commercial Teams
- Deliver insight training and support for the Commercial Teams

- Have the ability to analyse research and present findings in an insightful & compelling way
- Have the ability to build rapport amongst both internal and external partners
- To be able to effectively communicate, both written and verbally – an eye for detail is key
- To be self-motivated, capable of using initiative and with the ability to manage simultaneous projects
