We’ve invested in designing a Graduate Programme that offers you an incredible all-round hands-on experience - learning how to run our industry-leading operations, with over 900 hours of mentorship, feedback and support giving you the strongest possible foundation for your future success.

You won’t be spending much time behind a desk on our 18-month Graduate Management Programme. You’ll be immersed in all aspects of station and on-board service management - with job rotations across Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) and Southeastern rail that will see you gain expertise in everything from ticketing and train departure to all-important customer care: building up to managing some of the UK’s largest and busiest stations as a Station Manager or an On-Board Service Manager, serving the two million people who travel across the Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) and Southeastern networks.

£25k incl relocation bonus + excellent benefits + superb training + exceptional prospects. Start date: September 2022.
