    Responsibilities and duties

    Programmatic campaign management

    • Set up and launch programmatic campaigns in the DSPs.
    • Traffic creative in the ad server
    • Manage all aspects of campaign maintenance including proactive performance checks, optimisations, and pacing updates.
    • Optimise campaigns based on performance metrics and industry best practices.
    • Implement and test programmatic buying tactics (e.g., audience segmentation, retargeting).
    • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and delivery.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad serving and tracking.
    • Contribute constructively to client programmes and share information with colleagues and feeds back successes to client.

    Strategy & collaboration

    • Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimise targeting parameters.
    • Provide recommendations and insights to clients for campaign optimisation and performance enhancement.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure proper trafficking and integration of creative assets.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

    Reporting & analysis

    • Compile accurate reporting of campaign performance.
    • Generate regular reports on key metrics and actionable insights.
    • Conduct post-campaign analysis and generate comprehensive reports on performance and learnings.

    Required knowledge

    • Knowledge or understanding of the digital advertising industry.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

    ​Experience 

    • An experienced and resourceful administrator with 9-12 months in current role or educated to an undergraduate degree level.
    • Computer literate and familiar with use of the Internet and email​
