Responsibilities and duties
Programmatic campaign management
- Set up and launch programmatic campaigns in the DSPs.
- Traffic creative in the ad server
- Manage all aspects of campaign maintenance including proactive performance checks, optimisations, and pacing updates.
- Optimise campaigns based on performance metrics and industry best practices.
- Implement and test programmatic buying tactics (e.g., audience segmentation, retargeting).
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad serving and tracking.
- Contribute constructively to client programmes and share information with colleagues and feeds back successes to client.
Strategy & collaboration
- Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimise targeting parameters.
- Provide recommendations and insights to clients for campaign optimisation and performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure proper trafficking and integration of creative assets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Reporting & analysis
- Compile accurate reporting of campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics and actionable insights.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and generate comprehensive reports on performance and learnings.

Required knowledge
- Knowledge or understanding of the digital advertising industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Experience
- An experienced and resourceful administrator with 9-12 months in current role or educated to an undergraduate degree level.
- Computer literate and familiar with use of the Internet and email
