What do last year’s Graduates say?
“It has been a great honour to work with Good Energy on their graduate program. Upon completing a coding boot camp, I joined Good Energy and was given ample time to learn their tech stack and adjust to my role. The company has provided extensive support for my professional growth, while also consistently challenging me. I spend three days a week working on sprint tasks with my team, contributing to the development of new projects. The other two days, I work alongside my fellow graduate colleague to build an advanced personal project that allows us to continue strengthening our skills. I'd highly recommend Good Energy to anyone thinking of joining."
“For graduate developers at Good Energy, there’s always something to learn and plenty of support available. Dedicated personal development projects let us explore technologies across a modern tech stack at our own pace, and we can use that new understanding to quickly become valued and influential members of the development team. Alongside that, the company’s inclusive culture, flexible working and regular social activities have made my time here so far fulfilling. I’m sure that will continue into the future!”
