Our MBA Internship Program is a paid internship that will immerse you into the tech industry on a high-impact team. You’ll enhance your skill set, be challenged with rigorous work, grow your network and drive meaningful change in our business. Outside of your core work, you will participate in a high-touch program that exposes you to Google’s business operations, connects you with interns and Googlers, and invests in your personal and professional development. Interns will be considered for potential full-time opportunities in their host organizations based on their internship performance.
Your specific team and projects will be determined based on your educational background, interest and skills. Below are some of the teams that MBA interns have joined in the past.
Finance
Fuel our moonshots by devising innovative solutions to complex problems in forecasting, accounting, compliance, and project management. From advising our product teams to managing day-to-day balance sheets, you’ll help keep our business on track to meet (or, better yet, exceed) our goals.
Google Cloud

Our products are engineered for security, reliability and scalability, running the full stack from infrastructure to applications to devices and hardware. And our teams are dedicated to helping our customers — developers, small and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies — see the benefits of our technology come to life.
Sales, Services and Support
Turn product innovations into vital client solutions. The backbone of Google’s success, the account managers, consultants and analysts in these roles are all dedicated to top-notch client service. Whether managing negotiations with companies, solving technical challenges for small businesses, or surfacing product ads in just the right place, we develop new business opportunities while increasing the use of our product offerings.
The Online Partnerships Group (OPG)
The Online Partnerships Group (OPG) uses our portfolio of product solutions, including AdSense and Google Marketing Platform tools, to help online publishers grow their businesses. You'll provide creative, industry-leading online advertising solutions for publishers and developers and identify new opportunities. Some of the largest publishers on the web rely on our products and we're always trying to exceed their expectations and strengthen our long-term partner relationships. We help grow Google's business with the largest online publishers and provide account management for users of AdSense, Google Ad Manager and more.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program.
Preferred qualifications
- Returning to a full-time MBA program after the internship.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and independent motivation.
- Effective project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
- Interest in the technology industry and Google’s business.
- Analytical skills, and ability to solve highly strategic and difficult business problems.
- Available for a 12 week program in 2022 (during Summer months).
