Get to know us, our clients and start learning more about yourself. As a placement student in our Insolvency department, you’ll join us for 12 months for an opportunity to get stuck in with real responsibility, gain an insight into life as a trainee and fast track to a graduate role.
You’ll work as part of a diverse team. The team specialise in large, contentious, multi-jurisdictional insolvencies and asset recoveries as well as insolvency and bankruptcy appointments that have come about through financial loss due to fraud, corruption or economic crime. The Insolvency team returns value to creditors through asset recovery, pursuing compensation and, in many cases, entering into litigation to settle disputes. You'll work with the full spectrum of our clients for example financial institutions, corporates or high net worth individuals within the UK and various global jurisdictions. There’ll be challenges along the way, but you’ll be supported and able to meet each one with a solution. That’s how you excel here.
The constantly evolving landscape calls for an approach that puts what’s right first, so you will need to push ideas harder and ask the difficult questions to give clients the assurance they need to support their ambitions and growth.
