As an associate in Transaction Advisory, you’ll work as part of a diverse team whilst being passionate about understanding the issues that are important to our clients.     Our Transactional Advisory Services practise comprises of about 175 people across the country and 12 partners. A collaborative approach is key to supporting our clients, by drawing on the breadth and depth of experience and resource within the team.     A look into your future

    Our three-year graduate programme is designed to take you on a journey from graduate to professionally qualified. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll experience during your first three years:

    • Hands on experience in the different aspects of Transaction Advisory, with a variety of clients  
    • Responsibility from early in your career, taking ownership for interesting and challenging client work
    • The work you’ll do with our clients is of huge importance. As part of our advisory process, you’ll ask questions and pay attention to responses to understand our client’s needs
    • You will be helping businesses, investors and individuals understand the financial side of businesses they are looking to acquire or invest in. It is also about helping investors articulate the financial value of a business that they are looking to dispose of. Broadly, this is called Due Diligence (or DD) (and which could relate to financial, tax, commercial, operational, IT or strategic matters).  Which means our business advisers have lots of responsibility.
    • On the job learning, alongside a structured training programme
    • Time to study and revise for your exams, supported by us all the way to complete the ACA professional qualification
