If you have a propensity for penning persuasive proposals our Grants and Trusts Officer role may be the perfect fit for you! We are seeking a creative grant fundraising professional to write compelling and bespoke bids while nurturing effective relationships with key funders.
About the role
Supporting some of our highest-priority projects, you will use your initiative, creativity, and excellent writing skills to research and identify grants and develop captivating applications while building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and external collaborators across the region.
Your work will support exciting and innovative grant-funded projects that are underway, those in development, and the procurement of new opportunities. You will build strong relationships with project leaders to gather relevant information and data required for applications and to ensure compliance with grant requirements while tracking and maintaining a database of submissions and opportunities.
About you
We’re looking for someone who believes in our life-saving mission and can help spread that passion across the region we serve, engaging funders and building strong and lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
You will have experience in a grant fundraising or bid writing role or a related field with proven experience in producing persuasive copy. With excellent communication skills, you will be able to convey complex ideas concisely.
Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail, you will be able to develop and maintain a pipeline of activity, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
