As a CRM Executive you will be responsible for the development and delivery of CRM communications for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity across email and SMS. You will help ensure that all direct communications are supporter-centric, personalised, and aligned to fundraising and brand objectives.
You will be comfortable collaborating with multiple teams across the business including performance marketing, fundraising, content, brand and design to realise their email needs and requirements. You will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment process for email communications, from briefing data selections and internal creative teams, to building, proofing and scheduling sends with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
You will be creative and data-driven, developing compelling inspirational emails that drive strong engagement. You will monitor and report on campaign performance and KPIs to drive insight and continuous improvement, as well as weekly reporting to the wider team.
The salary for this position is £30,657 per annum.
Role overview
- Support the Senior CRM Marketing Manager and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to plan, develop and execute CRM campaigns
- Acts as a guardian to our brand, developing inspiring marketing content and challenging copy and email design to drive strong engagement and performance
- Utilize reporting and analytics tools within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to measure and analyse campaign performance.
- Work with the Salesforce & Data Marketing Teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of email marketing and stewardship

The CRM Executive will be part of the CRM team of 3 within the Marketing and Communications directorate.
