About the role

As Digital Marketing Assistant, you will support the Marketing and Communications Manager in planning, executing, and analysing marketing activity. From managing social media accounts to assisting with event planning and content creation, you’ll play a vital role in promoting our brand and driving engagement with our audience.

Key responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Help develop compelling content and communications across all online channels
  • Assist in the creation of monthly marketing customer newsletters
  • Social media management including maintaining social media calendar with organic content that supports the Marketing Strategy
  • Manage influencer communications, relationships and send outs.

Marketing campaign management

  • Participate and assist with marketing projects and promotions.
  • Monitoring marketing campaigns to ensure that KPI metrics are met.

Reporting analysis

  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.

Content creation

  • Creation and scheduling of organic social media content and digital assets for key channels.
  • Assist in the creation, filming, editing and/or briefing of video and photography content.

Event coordination

Assist in the co-ordination and execution of events

Ideal candidate

  • Experience working in marketing role, and/or in possession of marketing qualifications
  • Microsoft 365 proficient. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have sound knowledge of digital media landscape
  • Entry-level understanding of Google Analytics and WordPress.
  • Ambition, drive and enthusiasm to work in a fast-moving FMCG environment.
