    The role

    As a Corporate Operations Graduate with Greystar, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's Operations vertical of the business. This involves conducting data analysis to ensure the optimisation of our sites and to support with making informed decisions.

    Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of our Operations business, ultimately with a view of contributing to supporting our Team Members, enabling them to give our current and prospective residents the best possible experience with us.

    Greystar's Operations team is dedicated to supporting our sites to ensure their success. Leveraging a combination of global insight and local expertise, Greystar maximises economies of scale and adopts best practices across our Multi-Family and Student portfolio.

    Key responsibilities

    As a Graduate, you will provide crucial support to the Corporate Operations team in each of your three rotations; European Operations, Client Relationships and Data & Analytics. Effective collaboration with Team Members throughout the business will be crucial to achieving collective goals.

    Graduate Line of Reporting

    • The Graduate will be monitored directly by a Director/Senior Director of your respective rotational team.
    • The Graduate will also be working closely with the Managers in each of the rotational areas

    Key Relationships

    • The Graduate will be introduced to and work with the following teams within Greystar: On-site Property Teams, Marketing, Development, Finance, Asset Management
