    Greystar is looking for exceptional talent to join our European graduate investment rotational programme, starting in September 2023.

    Our full-time 2-year rotational programme will offer a first-class opportunity to join the global leader in residential real estate and will provide direct access to Greystar’s product suite of investment strategies, including fund management, joint venture partnerships, and separate accounts. The programme will include three rotations across our key investment functions, including acquisitions, portfolio management & asset management.

    Greystar’s investment philosophy is key to our success. Our strategies are based on extensive market research, where we strive to deliver long-term investments in attractive assets whilst actively delivering strategic portfolio management services.

    What We Offer

    The Graduate investment programme is intended to provide comprehensive exposure across our investment functions to ensure that you become a well-rounded analyst. Throughout the programme, you will be offered the opportunity to develop the skills that position you well for future progression.

    This is a central and diverse role that provides support for, and input to, investment management, asset management and portfolio management activities, through research, underwriting, modelling, and preparing analysis to support and determine the feasibility of new investment strategies and opportunities.

    You will also support the analysis and presentation of key performance information both internally and to external investment partners to drive well-informed and value- enhancing decisions on existing strategies.
