    The Business Development team is looking for an Associate who will be responsible for assisting in building a pipeline of prospects from our institutional clients. Join us in this exciting opportunity where you can make a significant contribution to our business model.

    What you’ll do

    • Identify prospect clients and communicate Guidepoint's value proposition via email and telephone
    • Build relationships and schedule meetings with clients and senior sales managers
    • Map companies in order to identify target groups and job functions
    • Utilize Guidepoint's brand to create and develop a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to help drive Guidepoint's commercial success
    • Research target industries, sub-sectors and companies in order to understand their information/research needs and pain-points
    • Work alongside senior sales professionals to provide engaging content for meetings with prospects and effectively articulate our value proposition
    • Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape
    • Provide client/prospect feedback to sales and management

    What you have

    • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record and extracurricular achievement
    • Graduates of current year or 1-2 years of work/internship experience
    • Outgoing personality with the ability and willingness to make cold calls and speak with people at all professional levels, including senior management
    • Ability to work in a team atmosphere
    • Ability to prioritise business development opportunities
    • Ability to utilise superior analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail
