We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Assistant to join our team in Oldham on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week and offers hybrid working of three days from the office and two days working remotely.
Our team have developed a brilliant lettings experience, making it easy for customers to do business with us by increasing our electronic communication and digital services. Our team members have a warm and friendly approach and work collectively and proactively to get things done quickly and efficiently for our customers. You will assist the team with managing data gained through household survey feedback, as well as general administration.
About you
This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to manage a variety of tasks at the same time. Proven administration experience along with strong listening skills and the ability to work methodically is important. Customer service experience is crucial, as is a solid understanding of effective communication across multiple channels. Attention to detail and the capability to consistently follow established procedures are also key to success in this position.

- Proven experience in providing excellent customer service.
- Experience working in a fast-paced administrative role.
- Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
- Proven ability to provide accurate and clear responses to customer enquiries
- Good oral and written communication.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel.
