Finance Graduate Program

During this first ever Finance Graduate Program, your mission will be to acquire the skills, experience, and knowledge necessary to evolve into a seasoned finance professional.  

Through dedicated learning, hands-on experience, and continuous development, you will support the finance function and Gymshark towards achieving our strategic goals. 

Our graduate programmes are designed to nurture future talent and help individuals become the best version of themselves. But we are not talking about the gym here! If you’ve got a great vision for yourself, attitude, ambition, and drive to work hard, Gymshark could be the place for you!

Program Start Date: 2nd September, 2024  
Program Duration: Three Years 
Program Location: Blythe Valley Park in Shirley, West Midlands, UK 
Advert Closing Date: Sunday 7th April, Midnight

Salary: £27,000 per annum 

What you’ll learn  

In this rotational program, we will offer you exposure to the finance function in its entirety at different points over the three years that you’re with us. 

We will also support and fund your CIMA qualification right from the start. 

You will gain experience in the following areas (& more!)  

• Commercial Finance & Management Accounts: In the initial two years of the program, you'll begin your rotation between our Commercial Finance and Management Accounts teams. Through hands-on experience and structured learning opportunities, you'll build an understanding of finance fundamentals, including transactional processes, data analysis, and financial reporting.
• Specialisation and Growth: You’ll have the opportunity to specialise in a specific area of finance aligned with your interests and career aspirations.
• Application and Integration: Throughout this program you’ll not only apply your newfound expertise but also contribute meaningfully to Gymshark’s strategic objectives and drive impactful results across the finance function. 

What you’ll need    

We’re not about box-ticking and our graduate programs are about developing you.  

To be successful for the finance graduate program with us, you will:  

• Have acquired (or finishing) a relevant BA/BSC/MA degree (Maths, Finance Accounting, Finance, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Economics & Finance)
• Have strong Financial acumen 
• Have the ability to communicate complex things in a simple way
• Have strong problem solving ability

What happens next? 

Application Outcomes: Early May
If successful, you will be invited to complete a video interview in your own time so we can get to know the person behind the application.  

Video Interview Outcomes: End of May 
If successful, you will be invited to an in person assessment day at Gymshark HQ in June.  

To be eligible, you must

• Be a recent or soon to be graduate or postgraduate 
• Be happy to work from our HQ campus (Shirley, West Midlands, UK) 4-5 days a week 
• Be ready to start from September 2024 for three years 
• Have full, unsponsored right to work in the UK (unfortunately we cannot provide sponsorship for our graduate programs)
