A brand-new placement programme to Gymshark, the Tech Delivery placement student will become an integral part of the Gymshark Tech Delivery team. Our delivery team work across all departments within tech and support wider business initiatives in end-to-end project delivery, from conception through to completion.

Placement Start Date: 1st July, 2024
Placement Duration: 13 Months
Location: Solihull, West Midlands, UK
Closing Date: Sunday 5th November Midnight (Applications may close before the deadline, so please apply early to avoid disappointment)
Assessment Centre Date: 12th December (at Gymshark HQ, Solihull)
What you’ll learn:
Across the year you will gain exposure of:
- How projects are managed with waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Communicating with key stakeholders across the business at varying levels.
- Presenting plans on delivery and highlighting any risks or issues that may impact deliverables and milestones.
- What systems and products we as a Tech Team support and maintain.
- Managing a project end to end through to business-as-usual.
You will support on business-as-usual activities such as
- Supporting Project Managers and Scrum Masters in the Delivery team with tasks such as, managing the RAID log, status reports, lessons learnt.
- Supporting with minutes and actions.

- Be able to manage and prioritise your time effectively
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
For a Tech Delivery placement with us, you may also have:
- Knowledge and understanding of Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
- Have ran a project whilst at university.
- Scoped out project requirements.

Video/Phone Interview Outcome: Beginning of December
If successful, you will be invited to an in-person assessment centre at Gymshark HQ, Solihull, on 12th December.
TO BE ELIGIBLE, YOU MUST:
✅ Be currently studying an undergraduate degree at university
✅ Be able to take 13 months out to do a year in industry before going back for your final year
✅ Have the right to work in the UK (unfortunately we cannot provide sponsorship for placement students)
✅ Be happy to work from our HQ campus in Solihull, West Midlands
✅ Be ready to start from July 2024
