    Join our Haleon Great Britain & Ireland team based in London for a 12-month industrial placement starting in July 2025.

    Looking to kickstart your career in Business & Marketing? As a second / third year university student, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience and learn from an experienced team that will guide and support you in reaching your full potential.

    As a Business & Marketing placement student, you’ll get involved in key projects and learn how brands are managed, from strategy to consumer engagement. You’ll work alongside experts in different areas, including marketing, finance, and supply chain.

    Throughout your placement, you’ll have the opportunity to:

    • Learning about our brand strategy and understanding the role of communication in the consumer journey.
    • Collaborating with agency partners and internal teams to develop effective campaigns and consumer experiences.
    • Using digital platforms and software to analyse data, track budgets, and manage inventory.
    • Assisting in managing projects, ensuring timely delivery, and communicating any potential risks to deadlines.
    • Supporting the production and approval of campaigns, ensuring they meet regulatory standards.
    • Helping communicate news, events, and projects to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Assisting in production scheduling, materials management, and product lifecycle tasks

    Education requirements

    • We welcome applications from all degree disciplines.
    • If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university. 
    • Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.

    Role Start Date: July 2025

    Application process

    The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:

    • Application: You will need to provide information about your education and Right to Work status.
    • Online Assessment: You will complete an online assessment that includes an interview.
    • Recruiter Screening: If selected, an Early Talent Partner will contact you to discuss your application and motivation for joining Haleon.
    • Interview: If shortlisted, you will be invited to an interview, which will include a competency-based interview and may involve a case study or technical exercise.
    • Offer: Candidates will be notified of the outcome within two weeks of the interview

    Interviews will be held in November/December 2024
