Right now we’re looking for industrial placement students in Commercial - Business & Marketing to join us to do career defining work.

    About the role

    Within our consumer and customer focused teams, you may be working on exciting projects such as digital commerce campaigns, new product launches, brand marketing activities, digital marketing campaigns to Healthcare professionals and packaging design. You could also be working towards improving our in-store presence, using consumer insights and helping retailers grow revenue on our products by driving sales and promotions.

    What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

    You will gain an in-depth insight into the needs of our consumers and customers and will increase your awareness and appreciation of the different channels that are involved in bringing products to market. Working with different teams you will learn to adopt a creative mindset, develop and uphold strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, develop organisation and time management were skills, navigate various software and digital platforms, propelling ideas with passion and energy and learning the importance of clear communication.

    There are a variety of roles that sit in between the two core functions of Business and Marketing which explore different commercial elements of the business. These are within internal communications, data and analytics, business processes and systems.

    To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:

    Education required

    You will have completed a minimum of 2 years of your undergraduate degree but will not have graduated at the start of your placement. You will be expected to provide evidence from your university to show you will be an undergraduate student for the duration of the placement year.
