And want to help us achieve this goal. Right now, we’re looking for a placement student in the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) office to join us to do career defining work.
What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?
- Prepare content for key internal communication channels, these include, e.g. Newsletters, internal social media platforms, intranet, and virtual / physical communications events (up to 1,800 people)
- Developing content by liaising with internal leaders across the Finance function
- Helping run live events up to 1,800 people, e.g. managing live interactive platforms for Q&A / polls, also working with live Audio Visual suppliers
- Working with senior leaders, including the CFO, to prepare them for live events
Help manage the execution of the Finance Early Talent programs
- Liaising with external providers to set up new graduates on training and professional qualification programs
- Working with the Human Resources function
- Running annual surveys to find out how early talent programs are being received by delegates
- Developing a network for all early talent delegates across the Finance Function
- Help manage the delivery of Learning and Development programs for the Finance Function:
- Develop content for Learning and Development programs, e.g. eLearning’s, intranet content, classroom training
