    The Quality & Supply Chain (QSC) Contract Manufacturing Operations (CMO) Europe team is all about ensuring we can supply our everyday healthcare brands in the areas of Oral Health, Pain Relief, Respiratory, Digestive Health, and Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements from our 60 third party contract manufacturing sites supplying into the European Region.

    We are a virtual cross functional team spread across the European region covering the end-to-end aspect of a supply chain in the areas of Supply, Procurement, Project Management, Quality, Planning, Technical, Packaging, Finance and Supplier Relationship Management

    We manage a spend of approx. £320M over 1600 stock keep units (SKUs) and 30+ dosage forms ranging from Liquids, Tablets, Toothpaste & Brushes, Gum, Patches, Creams, Ointments and many more.

    We aim to complement the internal HALEON network and offer real value to the consumer and customer, by providing diverse technologies across a competitive, compliant, sustainable and trusted, strategic 3rd party contract manufacturing sites.

    What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

    We offer a supply chain placement(s) within our team covering a broad range of areas where you’ll be getting stuck in and playing a key part in ensuring our products reach our consumers and customers in an efficient and timely manner.

    Support one of the five Regional Supplier Relationship Teams in managing operational activities, such as Supply Issue resolution, Project Management, Innovation, Sustainability, Compliance, Strategy etc

    • Support the rollout of global CMO processes across regions including the USA, Latin America, Middle East & Africa, China, Japan, South East Asia etc
    • Own and manage existing as well as new Tech systems and processes supporting the CMO teams.
    • Support CMO Governance processes such as Risk Management, Project Review Boards, Monthly Operating Rhythm, Category Connect & Align
    • Support the implementation of GSK global programs such as Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Anti Bribery & Corruption (ABAC), Conflict Minerals etc
    • Support the delivery of a CMO capability program, focusing on individual and team development needs.
    • Own the CMO Communications space working with the Regional Communication Leads.

    To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:

    Education required

    You will have completed a minimum of 2 years of your undergraduate degree but will not have graduated at the start of your placement. You may be expected to provide evidence from your university to show you will be an undergraduate student for the duration of your placement year and they are supportive of your placement.
