About the role
A career in Global Marketing where none of us stand still.
This is an exciting time to join the Digital organisation. Digital is a key CH priority in How to Win, and Digital Commerce a priority pillar in Where to Play, and the implications of COVID have accelerated our Digital agenda.
6 months working with GDC EMEA regional team on commercial execution with online retailers
6 months working with the GDC Capability team on FCP execution and monitoring
What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?
- Working with Dcomm retailers on execution, presence, placement. Identification of e-portfolio opportunities.
- FCP Monitoring & recommendations for increasing conversion.
- Learn and understand the dynamics and mechanisms of the digital shelf, the FCP framework, and scorecard. Partner with key LOC markets to assist in day-to-day where applicable, and understand Global role in securing BIC practices and providing frameworks
- Understand retailer needs, syndication needs and mechanisms of PH
- Work a dedicated project related to Innovation or eContent, with a specific Mkt and Brand (TBD) ; could include SIOC/FFP oppty, eFirst launch, or new capability dev
- Understand the power behind (and availability of) dig com analytics
- Working with Dcomm retailers on execution, presence, placement. Identification of e-portfolio opportunities.
- Partner with priority Ecomm markets in EMEA and Key D.comm retailers in pureplay & marketplace (eg. Amazon, Ali, Epharmacy eg shope Apotea)
- Track business performance, vs the competition & using data to drive insight for future growth opportunities.
- Champion the marketplace governance framework to ensure commercial excellence in execution.
- Drive specific test & learn customer agendas in partnership with the markets and ensure cross pollination of the learnings in EMEA & beyond.
- Working with full spectrum GDC channel retailers to understand how to do business / negotiate / critical success factors.
- Understanding of the levers to join FCP and how to measure the impact of change.
