    Join our Global Quality Service Team at Haleon based in London for a 12-month industrial placement, starting in July 2025.

    Our Quality Governance Industrial Placement programme offers:

    • Hands-on experience in creating and implementing strategic plans.
    • A unique view into and the opportunity to contribute to quality operations at a corporate level. 
    • Exposure to all aspects of Quality in a fast-moving Consumer Healthcare company.

    Throughout your placement, you’ll have the opportunity to:

    • Support key areas of value driven quality, including the strategy roadmap and associated programmes, quality culture and communications.
    • Assist in identifying, mapping, prioritising, and maintaining quality data across the organisation.
    • Support the Global Quality Service Team in improving our strategic agenda and assist with external benchmarking and partnership development.
    • Collaborate with the Quality Governance Lead to enhance the governance of senior quality leadership forums.
    • Help track progress, report key quality metrics, and support communication efforts.
    • Support key meetings and communication events for the quality team linked to your objectives/projects.
    • Assist in maintaining the Global Quality calendar and schedule for key deliverables.
    • Manage agendas, track follow-up actions, and ensure alignment with the broader organisation.

    Education requirements

    • We welcome applicants from all degree disciplines.
    • If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university. 
    • Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.

    Role Start Date: July 2025

    Application process

    The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:

    • Application: You will need to provide information about your education and Right to Work status.
    • Online Assessment: You will complete an online assessment that includes an interview.
    • Recruiter Screening: If selected, an Early Talent Partner will contact you to discuss your application and motivation for joining Haleon.
    • Interview: If shortlisted, you will be invited to a virtual interview, which will include a competency-based interview and may involve case study or technical exercise.
    • Offer: Candidates will be notified of the outcome within two weeks of the interview

    Interviews will be held in November/December 2024
