The role
We currently have a legal assistant role available within our friendly team. In your role, you will be allocated work by the lawyers to include dealing with case management, the preparation of documentation and other drafting, research, disclosure matters and administrative duties relating to childcare matters. Our roles offer the unique level of support that comes with working within this team and Hampshire County Council generally and provides a valuable opportunity to further your career in our well-respected team.
About you
Ideally educated to degree level, preferably in Law, (or with equivalent qualifications) and preferably with recent experience in local government and/or child law matters, your communication and presentation skills will be excellent. Your ability to work as part of a team, meet strict deadlines and work successfully under pressure will be key.
