    The company, established in 2008, is now backed by private equity and has been delivering strong year-on-year growth through multiple revenue streams. We are not looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our growing Finances team.

    The role

    Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you will be primarily responsible for Accounts Receivable function, processing and reporting of sales, and ensuring sale invoices are processed accurately.

    Key responsibilities of the role

    • Processing sales, cancellations, and credit vouchers on SalesForce and maintaining up-to-date schedules
    • Raising sales invoices and credit notes, and processing with correct VAT coding onto Netsuite
    • Sending daily sales updates via email to all staff and providing a summarized report to management
    • Performing regular reconciliations of Customer accounts
    • Setting up and maintaining customer records in the accounting system
    • Daily monitoring and managing the finance mailbox and Jira ticketing system
    • Tracking and following up on corporate card expense submissions
    • Liaising with internal and external queries
    • Assisting with credit control
    • Assisting with year-end audit
    • Providing ad-hoc support to the wider Finance team to aid the business as it continues to scale.
    • Helping to drive improvements in our processes including implementation of new systems where necessary.

    To be successful you will require the following

    • Degree educated with strong academics
    • Minimum of 6 months experience in accounting
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
    • Ability to manage workload and work to deadlines.
