We are looking for a self-starter with a can-do-attitude keen to start their career in HR to join our passionate People team!
The role
In this role, you will work with our existing HR team to support c450 staff. You will support with a variety of administration tasks, work with our HRIS, update payroll and employee experience. We're looking for someone to embody our WADER values and bring a willing-ness to learn to this position. This is a fixed term contract role and will run until 31st of December 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Issuing offer letters, contracts and onboarding new employees.
- Support with training new starters on WaderHR and how to use the system.
- Administration support for employee probation.
- Administration support for all monthly promotions, transfers and pay changes.
- Administration support for leavers, including system updates and references.
- Managing WaderHR (HRIS), maintaining accurate employee records.
- Managing the HR inbox and ticketing system.
- Provision of regular and ad-hoc reporting of people data to the business.
- Complete monthly payroll reporting to the Finance department and make changes where needed.
- Provision of support to the L&D Manager in scheduling the monthly company inductions.
- Administration of a variety of benefits such as our Private Medical Insurance scheme, eye care vouchers, corporate gifts, SMART tech and cycle to work.
- Maintenance of employee information in the WaderHub.
- Responding to questions from employees.

Education and experience
- A degree in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience.
- Customer service experience – desirable but not required.
