    Job Description

    Harris Williams is currently seeking a Summer Analyst to join its office in London for a 10 week period from June to August 2023. In addition to a solid academic track record, the ideal candidate will possess well-developed written and oral communication skills as well as a strong knowledge of finance and accounting. Applicants should also demonstrate a genuine desire to learn and join a dynamic and entrepreneurial company and be challenged on a daily basis.

    The internship will provide an exceptional and challenging platform to experience middle market M&A, as well as learn and interact with a range of investment banking professionals from Analysts to Managing Directors. The Summer Analyst position entails many of the same responsibilities of our full-time Analyst program, including compiling research for multiple industries and private and public companies and developing valuation models and analyses. Additionally, the Summer Analyst will assist in writing and preparing presentation materials.

    Applicants should be in the final or penultimate year of study. Salary is competitive with industry standards.

    Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience, but possessing relevant skills. Includes individuals joining the organization through a Corporate development/ training program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
