    Havas Life Medicom is an award-winning specialist healthcare communications agency. We are a close-knit, high performing team with a commitment to bring about health and wellbeing through our medical communication strategies. We are looking for an Account Executive to join us!

    As an Account Executive you will be the lynch pin of the project team to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be a sponge for the first few months, learning from lots of different people and working on a vast variety of projects. We offer a network of support for on-the-job training and progression, from a ‘buddy system’ to guide you through your first few months to supportive team structures and ongoing objective setting and appraisal from your line manager.

    This permanent role is part of our graduate programme, a 12-month training programme designed to support your development. For the first two weeks, you’ll be onboarded alongside a cohort of 15+ other graduates, receiving a varied training schedule that balances industry knowledge with the key skillset needed to develop and grow in this industry, whilst becoming embedded within your teams. Once you’re fully onboarded, you’ll start in your role with the support of a buddy, regular learning mornings and a range of projects to help you reach your full potential.

    Responsibilities

    The main day to day job responsibilities of this key role include:

    • Project coordination and management activities including organising meetings, writing meeting reports, preparing timelines
    • Attending client calls and meetings
    • Getting involved in the development of content and materials
    • Liaising with different departments including creative, medical, scientific and behavioural experts
    • Sourcing reference materials and creating reference packs

    The Skills We Are Looking For Include

    • Strong scientific background or relevant work experience
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Flexible and committed approach
    • Great attention to detail, combined with great organisational skills and a passion for accuracy enabling you to juggle multiple tasks
    • High level of computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Basic presentation skills
    • Ability and confidence to learn and apply new skills
