    Your Role

    Responsibilities

    Client Management

    • Ensures refreshments, tech and meeting prep is completed, supporting team

    Media and Influencer Relations

    • Prepares and keeps up to date accurate, relevant media distribution lists
    • Develops high quality media releases, pitches and materials, including research, writing, editing, collating and distributing through relevant social media channels

    Digital and Social

    • Monitors and reports on client, industry and competitor social media activity
    • Develops content calendars with Account Managers
    • Develops, posts, monitors and reports on social media content as directed

    Event Management

    • Assists with event management including research, venue, catering, talent selection and management

    Planning and Strategy

    • Liaise and attend meetings with clients, media, prospective clients and internal teams (Red Havas and the broader HKX Village), supporting with admin as and when required

    New Business

    • Assists with research for new biz pitches, supporting senior team members
