    About the role

    Reporting Into Senior Account Director

    We are looking for a proactive, driven and curious Account Manager to work on our largest account.

    Responsibilities

    • You’ll be working on a range of projects – from running email / DM campaigns and competitor trackers; to helping support on large transformation projects.
    • understand the client’s businesses and keep a keen eye on their competitors and comparators, highlighting to the team any newsworthy or interesting developments.
    • comfortable at progressing creative briefs as well as technical requirements (data or development briefs) in order to bring a solution to reality.
    • equally comfortable in delivering day to day projects as well as showing appetite for more strategic led initiatives.
    • be organised and proactive with a keen eye for detail.
    • be good at and enjoy developing relationships – internally and externally.
    • be able to drive work forward and spot opportunities for more work.
    • be willing to pitch in and help on whatever is needed to support the team.

    • Experience in digital channels and marketing technology
