Join a best in class Partnerships team as the owner of our B2B offering. This role requires the successful candidate to 1) own our B2B partnership offering; 2) negotiate deals with a range of disruptive and established brands and their media agencies to meet revenue targets, and 3) ensure a flawless experience for our Partner brand.

What you will be doing
- Responsibilities executing a growth marketing channel
- Deliver against marketing growth targets (CVA, CAC, Revenue)
- Experience in managing agencies & ensuring they hit target
- Experience with partner account management - ensuring excellent customer service + repeat bookings
- Experience with using budget to testing and measure and analyse impact of different growth marketing initiatives
- Reporting on KPIs and channel performance
- Budget reporting
Who you are
- 1-2 years marketing or sales experience, with experience in B2B or keen to take on a new marketing challenge
- People-person with an innovative approach to problem solving
- Commercially aware, with a strategic mindset
- Experience negotiating, if not having some natural ability here and keen to develop further
- Comfortable with data analysis in Excel/Google Sheets, and motivated through working with clear KPIs
- Good presentation skills, with experience presenting to groups
- Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
- Team-player who also works well independently to drive the team forward
