About the Operational Excellence Intern job

As HelloFresh continues to grow, so does our need for both improved and new processes within the Operation. These are the main responsibilities of the Operational Excellence Team and ultimately will be what you will be expected to help deliver from day one in your new role. You will also have plenty of opportunities to present to varying levels of seniority as well as work closely with a large range of the other teams both locally and internationally within the HelloFresh family.

What the Operational Excellence Intern will be doing

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy professional with an analytical background to join the Operations Excellence team. We are looking for a current undergraduate, masters or MBA student to start in July 2022. This role has a duration of 12 months. As an Operational Excellence Intern, you will be:

  • Analysing data and drawing actionable insights
  • Supporting cross-functional change in a fast-paced environment 
  • Working in partnership with our diverse functional teams to deliver tangible changes to how we work 
  • Identifying opportunities for process optimisation and leading the delivery of change across the business
  • Documenting best practices and lessons learned to improve our operating model and processes

Who the Operational Excellence Intern is

  • Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Highly-organised and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter who is able to excel in an rapidly-changing environment and make things happen
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, you bring energy to any environment you enter 
  • Contributor to a fun, team-orientated environment 
  • Strong analytical skills, and experience of Microsoft Excel desirable 
  • Results-focused and data-driven
