An excellent opportunity has arisen to take an active role in the HR Team in our day-to-day activities combining administration, communication and general support alongside interesting project work.
This one-year programme is designed to develop knowledge, skills and expertise across a wide range of HR functions – compensation & benefits; payroll; HR business partnering, D&I and HR Projects. Join the great team of Henkel’s Human Resources function with the exciting job opportunity as Graduate HR Assistant.
- You will work with local and international HR teams to support core HR processes, projects and administration.
- You will understand and support the monthly and weekly compensation and benefits processes for UK & Ireland including requests from employees, business teams and Third Parties.
- Supporting data requests and updating and promoting our digital HR Hub
- You will collaborate with the HR Business Partners on projects covering topics such as:

Learning & Development
Employee Wellbeing - Increase digital learning and learning about HR Digital strategy.
- You will provide support for our HR Business Partners with the opportunity to understand further about their roles and responsibilities.

Your skills
- You should graduate (before September 2024 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field
- Strong Digital skills; good working knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel
- SAP or other HRIS systems knowledge is an advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisation and administration skills
- Good analytical skills and time management
- Team player with clear communication skills
