Your role

  • Join Henkel’s Consumer Brands team as a Social Media and Community Management Graduate and work with iconic brands such as Colour Catcher, Bloo, Schwarzkopf, Got2b, and LIVE.
  • Working with the wider team to develop and execute ideas and content calendars for social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok).
  • Review content on websites and social media platforms, to develop strategies for better performance of social media assets in terms of impressions and engagement.
  • Regularly track, review, and optimise performance of social content and provide actionable insights to help shape the social strategy.
  • Track and analyse competitor social media activities.
  • Manage consumer advice supporting information such as content, tools, how to etc.
  • Build consumer engagement and sentiment reporting and insight
  • Help the Consumer Response and Community Management Manager on Ratings and Reviews strategy and implementation, including sampling campaigns

  • This one-year programme is designed to develop knowledge, skills and expertise across a wide range of Marketing skills – brand management; digital marketing, social media & community management; commercial awareness.

Your skills

  • You should graduate (before September 2024 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor,
    Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • Previous experience in a multinational FMCG company is an advantage
  • Positivity and a high energy level
  • An enthusiastic team player who is interested in social media
  • Passion for the Laundry & Home Care and/or Beauty industry
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Good judgement and creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Computer literate and confident with the MS Office suite and other computer systems
