    When you join us as an Operational Services Sales Graduate you will be part of an established, stable and high performing team. You’ll be supporting sales pursuits and collaborating with our Account Managers within the sales team. You will help to support and drive proactive campaigns to build pipelines, share expert knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities. You may have named accounts allocated to you or you may develop relationships with new logos to drive your overall territory revenue.

    What you'll do

    • Participate and complete all training and development components of the Graduate Program
    • Use your expertise to seek out new revenue opportunities by expanding and enhancing existing accounts, building pipeline and driving pursuit initiatives
    • Work with and support aligned OS Account Managers to create strategic and targeted business development plans
    • Sell complex IT services to customers on a partnership basis
    • Establish a trusted and consultative relationship with your clients
    • Maintain and use your HPE cross-portfolio knowledge to drive the sell-through of other infrastructure and service solutions
    • Dependent on named account alignment, there may also be a need to manage and support the renewals of existing OS business.

    What you’ll need

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
    • Be within 1 year of graduation which may also include relevant work experience
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office to a high standard (particularly Excel & PowerPoint)
