    In this role you will manage virtually (by phone, electronically or social media) a set of assigned or acquired partners accounts.

    You will work closely with company outside sales, channel partners and/or end customers to move sales opportunities to closure.

    You will qualify leads to create new sales opportunities, execute sales strategy for assigned portion of partners account. You will serve as a trusted adviser to the Partner and develop a mutually beneficial relationship in alignment with Aruba business priorities.

    What you'll do

    In a typical day as iPBM

    • You will sell solutions, products and services based on defined territory strategies and plans.
    • You will drive end-to end revenue, profitability, and pipeline by implementing joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts with the Partner.
    • You will qualify and review new leads to drive sales opportunities to closure; work with partners/ outside sales to ensure a smooth sales transaction.
    • You will develop basic knowledge of partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape and IT investment strategy.
    • You will communicate the value of the portfolios and solutions to differentiate Aruba from competitors.
    • You will build a sales pipeline and forecasts that are data driven by sales activities.
    • You will coordinate Aruba activities with the Partner (including sales cadence, education, marketing, executive briefings, proactive forecasting, business planning, and client engagements).
    • You may develop business relationships with new partners, working to increase partner commitment to Aruba.

    What we're looking for

    • Speak advanced level English and other European language is a plus.
    • Have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/ Sales) -within 12 months of graduation
    • Have 0-1 year of work experience or equivalent
    • Have experience in developing positive relationships, solving customer problems, account management and acquisition
    • Have knowledge of companies’ portfolios, IT and/or industry solutions, products and services to solve business challenges
    • Have proficient communication and negotiation skills
    • Have the ability to anticipate, prioritize, proactively forecasting and meet deadlines
    • Are a team player, innovative and have a hunter approach or strategic farmer approach
    • Proficient knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system or Salesforce system
