At Hft, we’re on a mission to create positive change—through campaigning, personalised support, and solutions for independent living. We’re looking for a Supporter Experience Officer to help bring our fundraising journey to life!
About the role
You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our amazing supporters—whether it’s by phone, post, or online. You’ll make sure their donations are processed accurately, their questions answered warmly, and their generosity celebrated genuinely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage supporter enquiries and ensure every interaction feels personal and valued Process incoming donations and maintain accurate records using our CRM Coordinate administration of Gift Aid and online giving platforms (e.g. JustGiving, CAF and GoFundMe) Support exciting stewardship projects like our annual thank-a-thon Help shape how we nurture long-term relationships with our supporters
What we’re looking for
- Educated to degree level or significant equivalent work experience. A confident communicator with great attention to detail and a natural flair for organisation. Experience of working in admin-heavy roles, ideally within customer service, sales, or charity environments. Experience of, and competence in using computer packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Ability to take ownership of your work, work to deadlines and support others in doing the same. Experience using CRMs like Salesforce or Raiser’s Edge Understand fundraising best practices and GDPR
