We are looking to appoint a Graduate Rural Surveyor to join our busy and expanding team based in Carlisle (North Lakes) for H&H Land & Estates.
The successful applicant will be involved in a variety of tasks including:
- Assisting with the management of Rural Estates, Land and Residential Property portfolios
- Valuations and AMC advice
- Sales and lettings of agricultural, and residential property
- Basic Payment Scheme & Countryside Stewardship grant advice
- Farm business management
- Landlord and Tenant
- Advice on rural planning matters and diversification schemes
- Assisting clients with compensation claims
- General rural practice advice
All candidates should be personable, professional and good team players who are able to build confident and lasting client relationships.
The successful applicant will be encouraged, and supported, in their application to become a fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV).
