    Trusted advisors and partners to the brands, sponsors and organisations who shape sport and sport culture, we have been behind some of the industry’s most talked about sponsorship activation and communication campaigns for more than a decade, with our adidas work spanning 35 years.

    Work is fast paced, varied and challenging, as the team run busy press offices, plan and activate major brand campaigns - both globally and locally - and activate social media programmes. The work done by the team strives to showcase and action the power of sport to create real change.

    We’re looking for someone who

    • While not requiring any experience, has an interest and ambition in the creative industries – with a focused interest in PR, the media and/or digital marketing
    • Is interested in the sport sector with an understanding of the influence sport has on shaping culture, plus an appetite for current affairs
    • Has good knowledge of social media platforms, with first-hand experience of the core channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok)
    • Has the desire to learn quickly and a positive, proactive and driven attitude with a strong teamwork ethic
    • Has excellent communications skills with a passion for writing and storytelling
    • Has attention to detail with appreciation of tight deadlines, and can prioritise and manage time effectively through strong organisational skills

    Responsibilities will include

    • Assisting the team with editorial outreach, including media sell-ins, and organising product drops/requests for media & bloggers
    • Taking responsibility for regular trend updates to the team - monitoring news media and social media for new developments relevant to sports culture
    • Maintaining and regularly updating the administrative elements of accounts (including coverage charts, agendas, coverage folders, media list etc.)
    • Learning how to set up monitoring dashboards and using them to stay across coverage for the brands we work with, and wider media, to keep the team and clients abreast of relevant industry news
    • Desk research for campaigns and creative ideation
    • An active role in contributing to team ideation sessions
    • Assisting the team with managing event/photoshoot/press trip logistics
    • Handling entry level data and insights processes related to coverage analysis
