    We’re looking for a proactive, driven, efficient and innovative individual to join our Talent Acquisition team based at Head Office in Manchester. This is a 3 month intern opportunity to work in our Northern Europe Shared Services Hub which covers Great Britain, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark & Finland.

    What does the role involve?

    As an Intern in the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll be part of a team providing first class customer service to the business. Your role will be varied from CV searching, screening CVs, assessing video interviews, booking interviews, conducting prep calls, organising travel and accommodation and ensuring the smooth delivery of assessment centres.

    This is a fast paced, busy role and a fantastic opportunity for anybody looking for a strong foundation to a career in Talent Acquisition.

    For our Master’s intern positions we pay £20,800 per annum pro-rata

    Our Regional Head Office is based at Circle Square in Central Manchester, where we are located a short walk from Oxford Rd train station and St Peter's Square tram stop. We offer a hybrid working pattern between the office and home and different ways to work flexibly so please feel free to talk about what flexibility means to you at your interview.

    What you need is

    • Currently studying towards a Master’s degree from relevant field of studies (i.e. HR management)
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills as you’ll be speaking to candidates and managers both via email and phone, ideally with experience working within a proactive and customer service focused environment
    • Appetite to get stuck in and work closely with the Talent Acquisition team
    • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail with ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
    • Strong IT skills in MS-Office, expertise in Excel, Sharepoint or Workday would be advantageous
    • Commitment, courage and competitive drive and a thirst to learn and challenge yourself
